Lumiate is launching when I turn on my computer

Lumiate is can be used all day at your desired color and intensity. You can disable launch on start functionality by opening the side-menu in the top-right of the Lumiate app and selecting Preferences.

I can't see the Cycle

First, ensure that the Cycle is not paused, and check if it set to an easily visible intensity. If so, check if your computer is connected to an external monitor.

Currently, Lumiate does not translate to displays connected via USB or micro-USB. If you are using HDMI or mini-Display port and the Cycle is still not functioning, contact us here and we will assist you as soon as possible.

I forgot my password

You can reset your password via email by clicking on the reset password link on the login screen.

The app just says "Lumiate is loading"

You will see this screen if Lumiate cannot connect to your network. Please ensure you are connected to the internet. If you are trying to connect to your employer’s network or through an employer VPN click here.

My Meditation Library is Empty

You will see this screen if your app cannot connect to the Lumiate servers. Please ensure you are connected to the internet. If you are trying to connect to your employer’s network or through an employer VPN, click here.

My mouse cursor is flashing or lagging

If your mouse cursor is flashing or lagging, check if your display driver is up to date. If the problem persists, please submit a support request.

Right click or secondary click is not working

If Right click or Control click is not working while running Lumiate, please update your display driver. If the problem persists.

My Macbook is running hot

First, check the Activity Monitor app from your Application/Utilities folder (or search for it using Spotlight with Cmd + Space). In Activity Monitor, go to the CPU tab and click the "% CPU" column to sort processes from highest to lowest usage. If Window Server is near the top and running at over 20% CPU load, please update your version of macOS to remedy the over usage. If the problem persists, please submit a support request and limit Lumiate usage to 10-15 minute intervals until we can diagnose your specific issue.

How do I know if my display driver is up to date?

Make sure your display driver is up to date by clicking a link below.

Click Here to Update Windows Display Driver: (Enter "Device Manager" in the search box in the task bar. Click on "Display Adapters" on the alphabetical list to reveal your display drivers. Right click the display driver and click "Update Driver.")

Click here to Update mac OS: (Open the Apple menu and go to System Preferences > Software Update to check for new mac OS updates. Be sure to download and install any that are available for your Mac).

Can I use Lumiate on a work computer or on my work network?

Yes, with the permission of your employer.
